Copyright Terms
Copyright Terms
For all articles published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Science, Technology and Management (JMRSTM), copyright is retained by the authors. By submitting a manuscript for publication, the authors agree to the following terms:
Retention of Rights: Authors retain the full copyright and all other proprietary rights to their original work, including patent rights.
Grant of Publishing Rights and Licensing: Authors grant Power House Solutions Private Limited the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the article in all formats and media (print and digital) globally. Furthermore, the authors agree that the final published article will be distributed to the public under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Original Publication: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication. The journal will be identified as the original publisher of the work in any subsequent reuse or distribution.
Author Reuse: Authors have the right to reuse their own work without requiring permission from the publisher. This includes using the article in future compilations, teaching materials, or institutional repositories, provided the original publication in JMRSTM is properly cited. (Note: Because authors retain full copyright, the NonCommercial and NoDerivatives restrictions of the CC BY-NC-ND license govern third-party public use, but do not restrict the authors' right to reuse their own original intellectual property).
Warranties: The authors warrant that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously, does not infringe on any existing copyrights, and contains nothing libelous or unlawful.
